How do I check the status of my order?

After you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately that contains your order number. Click here to check the status of your order using your order number and your email address.

Additional information about how orders are handled:

Fulfillment - We are packaging and preparing the order to be mailed to you. This can be completed right away but may also take up to a couple of business days. If you feel this process is taking too long, you may reply to the order confirmation email with the subject that contains your order number and we'll help you out as soon as we can! 

Shipping - As soon as the package has been delivered to the carrier that you chose at checkout, another email will be sent to you with a tracking number and link. Use this link to track your package. Please note that there may be a period of up to 1 day between when the tracking link is created, and when it shows up-to-date information. If it does not show anything as soon as you receive it, nothing is wrong, please wait one business day and check again.
     Please monitor the status of your package in case it is held at your local post office for some reason. In the event that there is an issue, it will be up to you to resolve local delivery issues and customs issues with the carrier or your country as this is beyond the scope of our service. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable or it's determined to have been lost in the mail, we will do whatever we can to fix the problem.
