How do I return my Joulies?

Sorry that you were not happy with your Coffee Joulies. We aim for 100% satisfaction with our customers. This means, if you are not happy with them, we try to do everything we can to make it right. The return information is below but first here are a couple of common things that may help.

If you want to extend the amount of time a drink stays hot:

For this you may need to improve the mug that you are using. If you compare any two identical mugs, one with Joulies and one without, they will reach a tepid temperature (~110f) after an equal length of time. The mugs insulating properties determines that length of time. For a open ceramic mug it might be 30 minutes, for a vacuum insulated travel mug, it can be over 5 hours.

If Joulies are put into any mug with a beverage above 165f, the beverage will get to a safe drinking temperature faster, and then stay in the comfortable range for longer, before it gets cold.

Include a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for
the return. We will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within two weeks of receiving the package.*

For orders within the USA: The full value of the purchase price, including shipping will be refunded. Return postage is not included.*

For orders outside the USA: The original value of the order less shipping charges will be refunded. Please enter your address in English. If a package is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the order will be refunded minus the shipping charges. (Except in the case of an incorrectly transcribed address.) You may re-enter the address and place another order. This policy is because it's impossible for us to control local delivery issues in foreign countries. All international shipping options we offer come with tracking that will display if there are issues that need your attention to be resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.*
